Deadline for Manuscript Submission: March 15, 2024

> Important Notes

– When submitted, the Scientific Committee will ask two experts to review the manuscript. Further reviews may be requested if disputes arise.
– Following the expert review, the manuscript may be accepted as is, accepted conditionally, or rejected. If the manuscript is accepted conditionally, the author will be required to modify the manuscript according to the reviewers comments, and submit a second (3rd, 4th, etc.) version of the manuscript, until accepted as is without further comments, or rejected.
– All authors will be requested to complete the full registration process before May 15, 2024, and to pay a full registration fee.

How to Submit Manuscript

To access the form, go on your personnal space. Please enter your email that your used for the first log in and click on "Get the access code to your space" and receive an access code by email valid only 30 minutes.
Upload your paper manuscript in both PDF and MS WORD formats. The purpose is to ensure that the papers written in different MS WORD versions will appear undistorted in the proceedings when page numbered.

Reviewing process

Reviewing time: 2 weeks from full paper submission closing date

Authors's correction: 1 week, revised full papers expected for mid-april
